3D Gluing Detection System

Based on the function of the 2D gluing detection system, the 3D gluing detection system additionally offers the detection of glue strip height, glue strip cross-sectional area, etc., and is mostly suitable for gluing quality detection with more demanding requirements, such as the triangle gluing detection for engine cylinder blocks, the triangle gluing detection for front and rear windshields of vehicles, and battery case sealant detection.

Principles of detection:

The camera scans the glue strip with a laser ray and takes pictures to obtain the cross contour of the glue strip.

Using a certain algorithm, the contour features are analyzed and calculated to obtain the results. Scanning mode and contour analysis algorithm are the core points of visual detection.
